Booked a room with very cozy views, and the staff were caring and particularly helpful people at the reception desk. Location: the hotel was just next door to a subway station that is direct to the airport, Copenhagen during a warm spell and the restaurants. Found Ved Kajen with perfect drinks 600 feet away.

Beautiful historic property and excellent location in the heart of NVhavn. The staff, especially Liza and Miriam, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was always well-stocked and fresh. The hotel is right on the canal and a short walk to the subway and train system. a great home base for exploring Copenhagen.

The hotel is located in a vibrant area, within walking distance of several main sites such as the popular Nyhavn area and the metro on the center ring. The square in front of the hotel can be a bit inconvenient as we had to go around it instead of crossing through, but overall the location is great for exploring the city.

The lack of a coffee/tea maker and fridge in the room was a downside.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the Hop on Hop off bus and boat tour stops right across the road. The buffet breakfast served in the restaurant was substantial and delicious.
