Accommodation was great-sized and wonderful with efficient and fantastic friendly staff at the reception desk. The room I stayed in was good sized and recently refurbished and complete with a balcony, beautiful views, which also had views to Nyhavn. The location was amazing and incredible for trip in Copenhagen. The place was next to Restaurant Gilleleje, where you can have dinner. No complaints whatsoever, the hotel exceeded high expectations.

Every time in Copenhagen we stay in this hotel. All in all, it's nicely appointed place that has caring and particularly helpful staff at the reception desk. The location is excellent, 15 minutes' walk to a baroque church. A restaurant is about 400 metres from here.

Had the twin/double room which was recently renovated with a view which was amazing. The position was excellent and perfect, restaurants and bars are next door to the hotel.

The twin/double room was recently refurbished, included a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and fresh towels. Really enjoyed modern design, caring and particularly helpful staff at the reception desk. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, for example, a bus station was opposite the venue.

Beautiful historic property and excellent location in the heart of NVhavn. The staff, especially Liza and Miriam, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was always well-stocked and fresh. The hotel is right on the canal and a short walk to the subway and train system. a great home base for exploring Copenhagen.
